Our Approach

Because our products are consumable, we don’t process traditional returns. However, your satisfaction matters to us — and we’re here to help if any issues come up.

Issues With Your Order

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you experience any problems, please reach out to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve things quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we’ll work with you on a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued at our discretion for:

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Incorrect items received

  • Orders that fail to arrive

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Changes & Cancellations
